Most of the contests at Fantasy Sports Live are pretty straightforward. They are what they're named - if you asked Dennis Green, he'd definitely tell you they are what he thought they were.
Every once in a while, though, you'll see a contest with a unique name. One of those is the Joe Speaker Special.
"What's a Joe Speaker Special?" I hear you ask. Even if you didn't, pretend you did.
If you're interested in trying out a Speaker Special, be sure to register early - these fill up fast and additional contests don't seem to appear on Sunday mornings.

During football season, a Joe Speaker Special is a salary cap (not points) contest with a very limited cap, meaning that you have to be extra tight with a buck. What this has to do with Speaker - insert bad joke about hair product here - is beyond me, but it's fun variation. You can really showcase your skill at picking in this type of contest.
