Many of you are probably aware that the site runs a bit slow on NFL Sunday’s when we hit peak traffic. Our user base exploding, and as much as we have tried to optimize our code to make the site run faster, we just can’t seem to keep up with the growth. So in about a week or so we will be upgrading our server hardware in a huge way. The site will be fast again on Sundays and will be lightning fast at off peak times. We will also be able to finally roll out some added features to the site we have been holding back on for bandwidth concerns. The new hardware will put us way ahead of the curve on website performance for a long time to come. Thanks for your patience as we have worked on improving website performance this NFL season.
Yep, I've noticed it. I wasn't sure how much of the lag I should chalk up to my shaky internet connection, but whatever. The impressive thing is that an upgrade is coming. Fantasy Sports Live delivers once again.
