At least I was right about something. I figured correctly the results of my standard Fantasy Sports Live contests.
I was wrong about the results of the Blogger Battle - I didn't know that Kev had entered another contest and his other (worse) score counted. I picked up a few points by finishing third overall and am in first (!) with a small lead over Kev and Buffalo66 with Week 17 to go. Bonus cash is on the line.
The Sundays With Dr. Pauly tournament of champions was kinda LOL. Since there were so many entrants and everybody but Mattazuma beat Pauly's score, the payouts were small. The standard return was $9.52 plus the dollar entry fee. Like I said, LOL. Fun anyway. I do like these series events.
I'm hoping to hit 100 wins on the site this weekend. I'm currently at 97, sitting in 44th place on the leader board - more than 2,000 behind the king, kaiseroll13, and almost as many behind the viceroy, buffalo66. One of these days I'll forumlate some goals for 2009, which will probably include a target somewhere in the top 20.

Aaron Rodgers shredded the hapless Bears in the first half and I was on pace to lose, but he didn't do much in the second half so I survived. I think that makes 8 wins in a row - the Dolphins of fantasy! Should be a decent payout. The first time I've won the league since 2001.

I concede the BFFB. Well done. Had I known Blinders was going to score it TLB style, I might not have played at all this year.
BTW, Kaiser had 530 cashes on the leaderboard when I signed up, so technically I have the most cashes since I joined. There's no way I can catch him right now, due to the disparity between hoops and hockey traffic.
I got smoked the last two weeks. Just when I started to get my shot together...
